During the trial period you cannot work with more than 5 disks at a time. With the unregistered version, you can create as many catalogs as you want (each limited to 5 disks). After the registration, you will be able to merge all of them into a single big one using the Import Catalog feature.
To import a catalog select File | Import | Import Catalog. Use the dialog window that appears to select the required catalog file.
