Category Properties

To organise the category structure (Category Tree) choose the File | Setup Categories menu item. The Edit Categories dialog will appear. In this dialog you can browse all categories of the current catalog.

To browse all available category properties select the necessary category and click the Edit button. The properties window will appear.

• Category location (position in the Category Tree);
• Contains information (how many groups, disks, folders, and files are there in the category);
• Capacity information (total size of files and folders in the category, used space of disks);
• Category description.

Set the option Combine items with the same names if you want to union in the Category View folders with the identical names. In this case if you have two folders 'Music' on the different disks assigned with the same category, their content will be reflected in one combined folder 'Music'.

You can change the category name and make your own searchable description for it.
