If you have a problem with Advanced File Organizer, please contact our Technical Support Team at support@softprime.com. Please provide us the following information so that we can process your request efficiently:

• Advanced File Organizer version (see in the About menu)
• Where you got your copy of Advanced File Organizer from (http or ftp site)
• Windows 95/98/ME/NT4/2000/XP version (including service packs and other fixes installed), US or international, OEM or retail
• Description of your problem (as much information as possible to describe the problem)
• The additional information, which may help: the type of your hard drive, size and type of the partitions, versions of drivers in use (e.g. for Iomega ZIP drive) etc.
